Drill pipe joints adopt the double ledge (double top) structure. Such structure can enhance the tightness of joints so that the pressure of the mud could realize non-leakage half-way. Greatly reduce the resistance to pilot drilling and back, using this structure improves the torsional strength of drill pipe so that the box thread will not deformed.

2. Make up and break at least 3 times before drilling.
